Blue was rescued from the tiniest cage someone can imagine. He didn't even had space to stand straight or turn around
Blue is at our center where he is learning to be a dog and what it means to be loved and cared for. He is the sweetest lil boy and deserves the world after all the years what have been stolen from him.
